Lower prices on the main unit, with big increases on options that most people will have to have (like the TV mount on a golden tee live). Or they simply give you a great deal on the unit and mark up the shipping or charge you for a DBA to make there commission. We offer the lowest prices on the web, at the end of your transaction, In other words, when you get the total, it is the lowest price you will find. We also offer discounts on future sales, and discounted softare updates, year after year !

EBAY AND CRAIGSLIST ..........

On ebay, with the new feedback system, a seller with horrible feedback a year ago, gets the slate cleaned every 12 months (this is another terrible change in the ebay feedback system) . So when you buy a high end item, take the time to research the seller all the way back via his feedback (the number next to his name " itsgames 712" the 712 is the amount of feedback and it is CLICKABLE to see what his buyers thought) and see how many POOR sales he has had. As of late a bunch of sellers that just plainly ripped people off APPEAR to be good sellers  Take time to look at who you buy from, avoid anyone that can not make his buyers happy. Most all of the other resellers of GTLive products have poor feedback !

Craigslist is a hot spot for SCAMMERS. Beware, deal locally. Send NO info via email. Any offer "to good to be true".... that you can not see, feel and or touch     (in person before you buy is a SCAM). If this is not clear enough.........

 

EXTENDED WARRANTIES........

Another big money maker is on the Warranty and extended warranty, please Keep in mind that NO manufacturer offers a written or un-written extended warranty. So when you pay three to four hundred bucks for an extended warranty, make sure you understand you are giving your money to an arcade reseller that in most case's will not stand behind the extended warranty, and may not be in business when you call on them for warranty service. These warranties are not underwritten by any reputable insurance company and are simply giving you a false sense of security. WE offer lifetime technical support via telephone and e-mail. We also offer assisted repair service to get you up and running fast - and this is FREE! Unless an extended warranty is offered and underwritten by a real live warranty service, it is simply a charge on your bill that you will, more than likely, get nothing for.

Also, other companies offering "lifetime warranty," well, what can you say? If you were buying a car, or for that matter, any item and were offered a lifetime warranty, would you not be leery? Is it for your lifetime? Is it for the business' lifetime? Is it for the machine's lifetime? Well, personally, all of the above are unrealistic. Some of our newest customers had these so called "lifetime" warranties and gave up on their warranty and came to us for service.
