Shipping: A Quick heads up for you guys buying arcade equipment, trucking companies avoid paying damage claims. Only New games are fully insured freight, If your high dollar USED arcade machine is trashed, you will receive PENNIES on the pound (example: freight companies pay 50cents per pound for damaged freight, so a 400lb golden tee would fetch $200.00 if destroyed...)
We use North American Van Lines and Ceva Logistics, both are white glove in your home shipper, with a AAA+++ rating. If they destroy your machine, they will repair it, or replace it. They ship most arcade machines for around 385.00 in the lower 48, and they are our PREFERRED method of shipping. IT IS up to the buyer to verify the shipping rate, either call North American or Ceva, or ask for a solid quote. If your home requires going up or down a flight of stairs, it will be extra, include this information when you call to verify shipping rates.
If you want to save the money to ship freight, YOU take this risk ALONE. We will not haggle with trucking companies, its a waste of human resources. EVEN IF YOU GET A NEW UNIT, AND IT SHIPS FROM ANOTHER RETAILER AND NOT THE FACTORY, YOU ARE IN FOR A LONG PAINFUL FREIGHT COMPANY EXPERIENCE !!!!
